About This Role

As a Team Member Relations Advisor based in the Australian Head Office, you will play a key role in supporting and delivering the Team Member Relations strategy. This is a hands-on, team member focused role, where your HR or recruitment background will shine as you help drive engagement, wellbeing, communication and positive workplace experiences across the team.

* You'll work closely with managers and team members to implement initiatives that support growth, organisational change and a thriving workplace culture.

* The ideal candidate will have 2+ years' experience in human resources or strong recruitment background, degree in Human Resources or similar and excellent time management and multitasking skills.

* You should also have high attention to detail and accuracy, strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport across teams, a collaborative and proactive team approach and working knowledge of Australian employment legislation.

Requirements
