PROK is seeking an organised and proactive Project Coordinator to join our team in Bayswater and play a key role in delivering projects across our business.
This is an exciting opportunity to work across engineering, manufacturing, logistics, and project delivery while collaborating closely with internal teams, suppliers, and clients. The Opportunity
As a Project Coordinator, you will support the successful delivery of projects from initiation through to completion. Working closely with multiple departments across the business, you'll help ensure projects are delivered efficiently, accurately, and on schedule.
This role offers a great mix of stakeholder engagement, reporting, coordination, and problem‐solving responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working across a variety of tasks and building strong internal and external relationships.
You'll gain valuable exposure to the full project lifecycle, including engineering, manufacturing, purchasing, logistics, forecasting, invoicing, and client communication.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and support project delivery activities across multiple departments
* Monitor project milestones, forecasting, and invoicing activities to ensure timely and accurate reporting
* Support project planning, scheduling, and progress tracking throughout the project lifecycle
* Coordinate purchasing, manufacturing progress, dispatch activities, and logistics requirements
* Prepare and maintain project reports, tracking registers, and project documentation
* Ensure invoicing and milestone claims comply with contractual requirements
* Participate in client progress meetings and provide project updates to stakeholders
* Support risk identification, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives
* Coordinate non-conformance reporting (NCR) processes and close‐out actions
* Maintain accurate project records and forecasting information within Pronto ERP
* Assist with dispatch documentation, inspections, and release coordination
* Work collaboratively with internal teams to keep projects on track and deliver positive customer outcomes.
About You
You're someone who enjoys staying organised, solving problems, and keeping moving parts aligned. You take pride in delivering accurate, high‐quality work and can confidently build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a Project Coordination or Project Management role
* Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* A proactive, solutions‐focused mindset
* Strong customer service skills and the ability to build positive working relationships
* Strong analytical and problem‐solving abilities
* Experience preparing reports and managing project documentation
* The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
* Experience using ERP systems, ideally Pronto (Projects, Manufacturing, AR, Inventory, and Sales Orders modules)
