Job Description
* Oversee and manage daily practice operations
* Coordinate patient bookings, scheduling, and clinic flow
* Manage medical billing and invoicing (Medicare, private billing, etc.)
* Liaise with third‐party providers, including surgical billing partners
* Monitor and improve operational processes and efficiencies
* Maintain accurate records, systems, and compliance standards
* Ensure a high-quality patient experience at all touchpoints
* Support recruitment and occasional management of administrative staff (e.g., receptionist)
* Act as the key operational point of contact within the practice
The Successful Applicant Strong Knowledge Of
Proven experience within a specialist medical practice (essential).
* Medical administration and clinic coordination
* Patient scheduling and workflow management
* Medicare and private billing processes
* A proactive, self‐motivated individual who takes ownership and accountability
* Confident working independently and making decisions
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Tech‐savvy, with an interest in improving operations through systems, automation or AI
* Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast‐paced, evolving environment
* Able to build an effective working relationship with a highly driven, entrepreneurial specialist
