Job Summary
The Senior Supervisor Landscape Manager is responsible for overseeing the supervision, technical support and ongoing development of a landscape maintenance team working across various contracts.
This role requires a high level of expertise in horticulture, landscape or grounds management, with formal qualifications and strong technical skills.

* Lead, mentor, develop, support and supervise the performance of the landscape maintenance staff
* Supervise and oversee quality output as per contract schedules on commercial landscape projects
* Implement plans and schedules as directed by senior management
* Ensure that planned work is completed on schedule and to the required standard
* Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

Responsibilities
* Horticultural Expertise: Provide expert advice and guidance on horticultural matters, including plant care and maintenance.
* Landscape Maintenance: Supervise and coordinate the maintenance of landscapes, including grass cutting, pruning, and planting.
* Safety and Quality: Ensure that all work is carried out safely and to the required standard, adhering to relevant regulations and guidelines.
* Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of landscape maintenance staff, providing coaching, mentoring and performance management.

Requirements
* Extensive hands-on experience in horticulture, landscape or grounds management
* Formal qualifications such as Certificate III in Horticulture or equivalent
* Strong technical skills in equipment operation, maintenance, safety and use of maintenance scheduling
* Proficient in team leadership and supervision, including mentoring and performance management
