Job Description
Senior leadership opportunity for a Reception Manager at St George's Health Service (a part‐time permanent position, 0.8 FTE) located in Kew, Melbourne.
Responsibilities
* Oversee the operation of the site switchboard and paging system, redirecting all incoming and outgoing calls and troubleshooting as required.
* Coordinate finance-related activities on behalf of wards, patients and residents, including invoice queries, patient trust, petty cash, bond payments, reimbursements and deceased estates.
* Coordinate communications and events for the site in conjunction with the Operations Manager and the General Manager, addressing both external and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
* Experience in switchboard, customer service or call centre operations.
* Experience in budget planning, preparation, implementation and management.
* Highly competent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team.
* Experience in receipting and accounts.
