The Role
This is a senior finance leadership role with enterprise-wide impact. As the FP&A; Manager, leading a team of three, you will sit within the core Finance leadership team and play a critical role in shaping the long-term financial sustainability and strategic direction of the organisation.
You will lead:
- Whole-of-organisation budgeting and forecasting at executive and Board level
- Clinical or operational costing frameworks that directly influence funding, service delivery and investment decisions
- Financial modelling and governance for major projects, from concept through to business-as-usual
- Productivity, efficiency and sustainability initiatives to manage cost pressures and funding volatility
You will connect, challenge and influence stakeholdes across all levels and areas of the business.This is a high-visibility role requiring sharp commercial judgement, political awareness, and the ability to translate complexity into clear, actionable financial strategy.
