**Responsibilities**:
- Manage all accounts across Asia and South America, fostering relationships with agents and key stakeholders
- Establish, track, and analyse sales targets, producing thorough sales reports
- Assess market dynamics and competition in both regions, adjusting selling strategies accordingly
- Identify and capitalize on cross-selling and up-selling opportunities
- Represent Greenwood Academy at educational fairs, exhibitions, and industry conferences in both regions
- Develop, implement, and maintain marketing strategies tailored for both regions
- Plan, budget, and oversee marketing initiatives
- Organize engaging seminars and webinars for both regions
- Maintain and update the agent database meticulously
**Requirements**:
- Proven sales and marketing experience in the Education/VET sector, preferably with experience in the Asian and South American markets
- Established network of agents in both regions
- Exceptional negotiation, sales, and customer service skills
- Track record of developing and implementing successful sales and marketing plans
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
**Salary**: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus

- Surry Hills, NSW 2010: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Sales and marketing: 1 year (preferred)
