Working for our Apex Car Rentals brand based at the Westmeadows, this role offers the best of both worlds – face-to-face customer service interaction and back-of-house responsibilities.
About The Role
A Rental Operations Agent will be involved in all aspects of our business.
You will interact with customers on the counter, market products and services, complete rental bookings, inspect vehicles for damages, and assist with cleaning vehicles in the wash bay.
What You'll Do
Interact with customers face to face, promoting the Avis Budget Group brand.
Complete rental transactions, contracts and bookings.
Clean the interior and exterior of vehicles according to company standards.
Inspect vehicles for any damages that occurred during previous rentals.
What We're Looking For
Applicants must have a full and valid driver's licence.
This is a casual position requiring a minimum availability of 4 days per week (no Working Holiday visa holders at this stage).
Previous experience within retail, hospitality, customer service, sales or similar roles.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional customer service.
Ability to follow procedures and adhere to company guidelines and standards.
Comfortable learning and using various computer systems to accurately input rental information.
