In this role, you'll:
We are currently looking for a Digital Systems Engineering Maintenance Readiness Managers to join our team until 15/12/27.
In these roles, you'll play a key part in preparing our business for the successful rollout of digital systems.
You'll lead and coordinate the development and continuous improvement of engineering and maintenance documentation, helping ensure everything is in place to meet important commissioning milestones.
You will work closely with a range of stakeholders, providing expert advice and guidance to make sure operational and technical requirements are clearly understood, well documented and effectively delivered.
Along the way you will help identify and manage risks, establish new processes where needed and ensure the smooth coordination of implementation activities.

About you
* Relevant tertiary qualification in Engineering, Program/ Project Management or Business, or equivalent industry experience.
* Demonstrated Program or Project Management experience.
* An understanding of European Train Control Systems or European Rail Traffic Management Systems
* Demonstrated experience reviewing, revising and developing technical, process and procedural documentation within a complex multidisciplinary engineering environment.
* A proactive change champion, confident in leading and supporting continuous improvement.
* Experience actively contributing to and influencing working groups, fostering collaboration and driving alignment across diverse stakeholders.
