As theArea Manager you will
* Lead and mentor Centre Directorsto deliver strong outcomes in education, operations, and compliance.
* Manage performance across multiple centres, including budgets, occupancy, staffing, and regulatory requirements.
* Support services in maintaining high-quality ratingsunder the National Quality Framework.
* Embed Child Safe Standardsinto everyday practice and culture.
* Drive continuous improvement initiativesin partnership with our Pedagogy & Practice Leader.
* Foster positive relationshipswith families, team members, community partners, and regulatory authorities.
* Provide hands-on guidance during audits & assessments.

About You! – The Ideal Candidate We're looking for a confident and experienced leader who's ready for an exciting journey! You'll bring: A minimum Diploma of Children's Services Multi-Site experience Strong knowledge of the EYLF and NQS frameworks Excellent Mentoring Skills Great written and verbal communication abilities Confidence in building relationships with families and the community Working with Children's check andcurrent first aid, asthma and anaphylaxis If this sounds like you, please apply above.
