We currently have 1 permanent full-time role for immediate filling.
We are establishing an appointment pool for vacancies that arise up to 12 months from the first appointment.
Appointments may be made on a full-time, part-time, casual, permanent or fixed-term basis with possible further term and and/or permanency.
Suitable candidates will be placed in the appointment pool from which opportunities may be offered as vacancies arise. Candidates may also be considered for similar positions within South Metropolitan TAFE as they arise during the life of the pool. If the appointment pool is exhausted prior to the pool expiry date, we reserve the right to supplement the pool through further advertising.

About the roleThis role provides technical support to training delivery teams and prepares materials and equipment for class sessions, workshop exercises and live works.
The position ensures materials are adequately stocked and available, and that vehicles and equipment are maintained, serviced, and kept in safe working order.
To be successful in this role you will be required to have mechanical experience and/or qualified in the automotive industry. Experience in Heavy Automotive, Mobile Plant and/or Vehicle Body Building would be desirable.
