With an established business, they continue to grow and expand their operations, and now seek a dedicated Service Coordinator to help maintain their high standards of service delivery and customer satisfaction.
This is a pivotal role for the business within the service department, ensuring seamless communication and coordination between field technicians and clients.
Key priorities for this role include:
- Managing the accurate and timely processing of job cards
- Collaborating with technicians to track project costs, providing insights into project profitability and resource allocation.
- Generating invoices promptly and accurately based on completed work orders.
- Assisting in preparing, submitting and following up quotes to clients, following up as needed to secure project approvals and commitments.
- Overseeing the collection and processing of time cards from field technicians
- Coordinating with procurement teams to purchase necessary parts and materials for ongoing projects, following up on orders to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues.
- Scheduling and coordinating job bookings, in line with account technician availability, client preferences, and project timelines.
**Requirements**:
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a busy environment.
- Proficiency in using** simPRO software** preferred but not essential.
- Familiarity with job costing and invoicing processes desirable.
- Previous experience in a similar role within the HVAC industry is a plus.
