What You'll Be Doing (but Not Limited To)
* Delivering warm, attentive service in both restaurant and event settings.
* Setting up, operating, and packing down dining and function spaces.
* Taking food and beverage orders and delivering them efficiently with care.
* Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout service.
* Recommending menu items and confidently upselling when appropriate.
* Creating positive guest experiences with your welcoming, can-do attitude.
Qualifications
* A friendly and customer-focused demeanor.
* Previous experience in customer service or hospitality role.
* Positive team player who thrives in a quick-paced environment.
* Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certification.
* Availability to work a rotating roster, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
