* Key Responsibilities:
* Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of company processes to provide clear and concise information to clients.
* Manage service calls, including receiving, raising and following-up on customer requests.
* Promote business growth by preparing documentation, pricing dockets, purchase orders and reports.
* Investigate and resolve client complaints and queries effectively.
* Coordinate technician deployments to meet client demands.
* Assist with payroll timesheet submissions.
* Source goods and services as required.
* Perform general administration duties as necessary.
