Electrical Engineer Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Engineer to lead our major expansion project in the Pilbara region of Western Australia.
The project will be delivered within an existing brownfields plant, with many works falling under SMPE&I disciplines and supported by minor civil components. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and at least 10 years' experience in a construction project environment.
Key qualifications include strong knowledge of construction management fundamentals, proven experience delivering multi-disciplinary technical construction projects within the mining or commercial construction sectors, and demonstrated contract management experience within industrial construction.
Other key skills and qualifications include the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with an understanding of shutdown projects and activities. Strong capability in identifying potential contractual, scheduling, and safety risks is also required.
The ideal candidate will possess forward-thinking planning and scheduling skills, including risk identification, mitigation strategy development, and delay assessment. They will also have effective leadership skills, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders across multiple disciplines.
