About the Position
This position will be responsible for supporting the effective operation of the Broome Civic Centre and the delivery of a wide range of community, cultural and commercial events.
The role provides end-to-end support to venue hirers, including responding to enquiries, coordinating bookings, scheduling services, assisting with event set‐ups and pack‐downs, and ensuring the venue is presented to a high standard. The position supports box office, bar and kiosk operations, venue hire financials, customer service, and contributes to marketing and continuous improvement initiatives. At Level 4, the role carries greater responsibility for operational decision‐making, coordination of services and independent management of larger or high‐profile events, with minimal supervision.
