About the Role
Food Service Assistants contribute to the preparation and delivery of food to patients and residents and maintain a clean and safe environment for patients, staff and visitors. The role supports CGH's vision, mission and values while upholding high standards of quality, reliability and safety.
Duties
* Comply with food safety guidelines, including the CGH Food Safety Plan, in all work activities
* Clean and sanitise cooking and food preparation areas
* Distribute meals to patients
* Wash dishes
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
* Desirable – previous experience in food service or hospitality
