About the Role
- Assist with managing a portfolio of commercial/SME clients
- Renewal processing (approx. 80% using Winbeat, approx 40–50 policies/month)
- Prepare quotes, endorsements, certificates, and liaise with clients and insurers
- Liaise with clients over the phone
Requirements
- Insurance broking experience
- Technical knowledge across Business & Trades Packages preferred
- Experience with Winbeat (Sunrise & SCTP a plus)
- Highly organised, proactive, able to work autonomously
