Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- Advanced knowledge of Excel.
- Advanced analytical skills and an ability to work independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous and rapidly changing environment.
- Expertise in SQL/Quicksight (or equivalent Amazon applicable data sources)
Key job responsibilities
- Perform operational reporting, ad-hoc business analyses and appropriate modeling.
- Develop evaluation framework for the network to invest in various continuous improvement initiatives
- Contribute to business decisions by providing insightful analysis and methodical consideration for the end-to-end impact to systems, tools and ongoing support requirements.
- Identify opportunities and drive automation in existing manual process
- Develop ad hoc business analysis and present recommendations to senior management on strategic decisions and planned future initiatives.
- Facilitate the Business reviews with data analysis and follow through with business leaders on actionable items
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to successfully manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously.
