About the role
The Customer Service & Sales Support is a full‐time position based in Welshpool, WA. Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, you will assist our team in delivering an excellent customer experience.
In this role you will
* Provide excellent customer service by phone, email, and at times in person.
* Process orders promptly and accurately.
* Provide sales and product support using your product knowledge.
* Keep customers updated with order status.
* Understand and comply with Chain of Responsibility laws for configuration of orders and transport.
* Other general administration as required.
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 8:00am‐4:00pm.
What you bring to the role
* Enthusiasm and exceptional communication skills.
* Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills; SAP experience desirable.
* Passion for customer service with suitable experience.
* Willingness to learn.
