Based in Warwick you'll provide administration support, ensuring the effective operation of the centre.
Responsibilities
* Manage the team's schedules and appointments.
* Serve as the first point of contact for young people and their families.
* Ensure all administrative processes are delivered in line with relevant healthcare regulations, privacy requirements, and quality standards.
* Process Medicare billings and attendance.
* Build and maintain strong working relationships with health professionals, community organisations, and service providers.
* Involved in new staff inductions and organise training for staff.
* Assist the Centre Manager with reporting and community engagements/events.
* Prepare business documents.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will have a good understanding of administration and reception and have the ability to work within a sensitive, youth mental health setting.
* Driver's licence.
* Police Check.
* Valid Working with Children Check (Blue Card).
