Job Description
* Installation and maintenance of telemetry systems on company assets.
* Quality service provision, product and control mechanism in the Northern territories.
* Leadership and synergy between Speedy Categories and engineering functions who adopt telemetry.
This role involves ongoing quality control of telemetry devices fixed to company assets, creation and maintenance of a telemetry installation guide and development of training material and practical sessions for engineers.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Full driving licence
* Previous experience working at single and three-phase AC electrics ideally gained within the hire industry or similar engineering field (preferred)
* 12vdc and 24vdc electrics fault finding and ability to read wiring diagrams
* Understanding of basic engine communication systems (CAN bus and MOD bus)
* Proficient computer skills and use of telemetry platforms
* Ability to write technical reports
* Able to work under pressure and as part of a team
* Willingness to travel and occasionally stay overnight when required
