The Role:
Our Administration Officer will be responsible for a large volume of order processing, data entry, administration, and dispatch tasks, whilst upholding impeccable customer service and communication.
Requirements include, but are not limited to:
* MYOB & Microsoft Office proficiency (particularly experience with Excel formulas) is essential
* Experience managing high-volume orders for a diverse range of products will be highly regarded
* Experience in similar fields will be considered favourable (Dispatch, Spare Parts, Procurement, etc.)
* Impeccable communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders
* Highly organised, with great attention to detail and outstanding customer service skills
* Reliable car & valid driver's licence

The Administration Officer will handle a variety of complex operational and financial tasks, maintaining key relationships with offshore teams, stakeholders, and management to achieve operational excellence.
Requirements include, but are not limited to:
* Must be tech-savvy, with experience using relevant administration software (MYOB, CRMs, Excel, etc.)
* Experience with accounts payable/receivable, stock/inventory control, and spare parts will be considered favourable
* High attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of data
* Clear and concise communication skills
* Driver's licence and reliable car
