They have onboarded 15,000+ dogs, earned thousands of 5-star reviews, and are now serving over 3 million doggie dinners a year - all built on Australia's only wild protein-focused natural dog food, subscription-first and designed for dogs to actually thrive.

The Role

We're looking for a Head of Performance Marketing to own and scale their growth engine. This is a hands‐on and strategic seat - driving multi‐million‐dollar budgets across Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, and TV, while testing emerging channels like podcasts, affiliates, and OOH.

This isn't \"run the ads and report back.\" It's full ownership of the machine. You'll work shoulder‐to‐shoulder with the founders – testing, scaling, and shaping the bets that will double the business in the next 12 months.

What You'll Do Paid Acquisition & Media
* Own and optimise multi‐million‐dollar budgets across Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, TV and emerging channels — delivering efficient CAC, ROAS, and profitable subscriber growth
* Build structured creative testing roadmaps and lead hooks, scripts, and offer concepting — your notes app is full of ideas you can't wait to test
Email & Lifecycle
* Own the email agency relationship, ensuring tight integration with paid acquisition to maximise LTV and reduce churn
* Partner with the Ecommerce Manager on landing page testing, PDP optimisation, and offer architecture across the full funnel
Analytics & Reporting
* Oversee attribution across Triple Whale, GA4, and all ad platforms — building dashboards and reporting directly to founders aligned to P&L
* Build and manage a hybrid model of agencies, contractors, and in‐house talent — leading and developing the performance team
About You
* 5+ years in performance marketing for a D2C eCommerce brand, ideally subscription
* Proven track record scaling multi‐million‐dollar budgets with clear case studies
* Deep hands‐on expertise in Meta, Google Ads, and YouTube — with functional understanding of TV and OOH
* Strong grasp of lifecycle marketing and how email connects to paid
* Comfortable with Triple Whale, GA4, blended MER, and post‐purchase surveys
