As the successful Project Manager, you require strong strategic leadership across client engagement, procurement, design, and project delivery.Responsibilities and duties:Project Planning:Collaborating with clients and internal teams to define project scope, objectives, and timelines. Developing comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation and budgets.Team Leadership:Leading and motivating a team of skilled professionals, including architects, designers, contractors, and subcontractors. Ensuring clear communication channels and fostering a collaborative work environment.Quality Control:Implementing strict quality control measures throughout the project lifecycle to ensure the highest standards are met. Conducting regular inspections and addressing any issues promptlyBudget Management:Monitoring project finances, tracking expenditures, and managing cost-control strategies to ensure projects are delivered within budget.Risk Management:Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation plans to avoid any project delays or budget overruns.Client Relations:Maintaining excellent relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing regular project updates.
