About the Role
* Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
* Analyse market information to identify opportunities and threats
* Manage large group and catering related opportunities with significant revenue potential
* Support the hotel's service and relationship strategy, driving customer loyalty and overall wellbeing
* Negotiate contracts and use creative selling abilities to close business
* Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external
* Ensure achievement of property sales objectives while upholding company policies and procedures
* Lead and manage all day-to-day activities related to the sales function
