About you
You're a safety-minded, team‐focused tradesperson who takes pride in quality workmanship and contributing to a strong site culture.
* Minimum 2 years' experience as a 1st Class sheet metal worker
* Full Australian work rights – passport, birth certificate, citizenship certificate, or valid work visa
* Construction Induction Card (White Card) – must be current and valid
* Ability to pass a pre‐employment medical assessment, including drug and alcohol screening – this is site standard
* Genuine commitment to safety – you follow procedures, wear your PPE properly, and speak up when something doesn't look right
* Strong attention to detail – you understand surface prep standards, DFT requirements, and the importance of doing it right the first time
* Team player who backs up your crew, communicates well, and helps maintain a positive site culture
* Pride in your work – you take ownership of quality finishes and understand your coatings protect critical assets for years
