We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Project Controller to join a dynamic team in the Transport & Distribution industry. This temporary role, based in Brisbane, offers an excellent opportunity to work within the Technology department on impactful projects. Description Monitor and track project progress to ensure timely delivery and adherence to budgets. Prepare detailed reports and updates for stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and project milestones. Collaborate with the Technology department to manage project resources effectively. Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth execution. Maintain accurate project documentation and records for auditing purposes. Support project planning, scheduling, and forecasting activities. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project deliverables. Assist in resolving any issues or challenges that may arise during project execution. Profile Specific Skills: Proven experience in using the SAP procurement and project modules (mandatory). Experience in managing project financials in SAP and a financial workbook (cost model) Experience in Microsoft Office including MS Project Previous experience in project tracking, reporting, and resource management. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. A solid understanding of budgeting and financial tracking principles.
