About Your New Role
Conduct comprehensive assessments and identify functional abilities, limitations, and goals.
Develop individualized treatment plans and intervention strategies to maximise independence, functional capacity, and quality of life.
Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
Collaborate with clients, families, and a multidisciplinary team to create person-centred care plans.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Deliver individual and group therapy sessions to enhance daily living skills, cognitive abilities, mobility, and self-care.
Provide education and support to clients, caregivers, and support workers.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
Stay informed about the latest research, best practices, and regulatory changes.

Essential Qualifications and Experience
Degree in Physiotherapy (or equivalent).
Current AHPRA registration.
Valid Australian driver's licence.
