The Role
As an Associate Recruitment Consultant, you'll learn the full recruitment lifecycle while developing your own client and candidate relationships.
You'll be responsible for:
* Identifying and engaging high‐calibre legal professionals
* Building relationships with Solicitors and legal teams across the UK
* Supporting clients with hiring projects and talent mapping
* Developing new business opportunities through networking and business development
* Managing recruitment processes from initial engagement through to offer and placement
* Becoming a trusted advisor to both candidates and clients
* Building market knowledge within the legal sector
