My World Childcare is looking for a passionate and reliable OSHC Co-ordinator to join our friendly and supportive team!
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys variety in their day, and is confident leading a team while creating meaningful experiences for children before and after school.
About the Role
* Driving the service bus for school pickups and drop-offs
* Planning and implementing engaging experiences and activities
* Building strong relationships with children, families, schools, and educators
* Leading day-to-day operations of the OSHC program
* Working split shifts across before and after school care

About You
* Hold (or be working towards) a relevant childcare qualification
* Hold a valid Working With Children Check
* Confident driving a bus and comfortable with transport routines
* Strong leadership and organisational skills
* Reliable, energetic, and proactive
* Passionate about creating a safe, fun, and nurturing environment for children
