Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for data entry, purchasing and inventory duties as well as providing ad-hoc support to the accounts payable team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Purchase order receipt corrections
* Preparation of Purchase orders
* Monthly Stock Counts
* File all invoice/supplier documents
* Administrative support and processing of stock take for end of month
* Liaising with internal & external stakeholders
Qualifications:
We are looking for someone with 2+ years experience in a similar role, intermediate skills with Microsoft office suite, primarily Excel. You should also have high level of data entry accuracy & strong attention to detail.
A good problem solver with ability to work to deadlines is required. Friendly and helpful communication style is essential.
