What you'll be doing:
Walk into your architecturally designed centre and lead the close‐knit team of educators, ensuring children enjoy a safe, hygienic, and inspiring environment. Develop and maintain high‐quality programs, manage compliance, and engage with children and families.
You'll be great in this role if you...
* Have infectious enthusiasm and passion in early years education and care
* Have a degree or diploma in Early Childhood or equivalent
* Can obtain a HLTAID012 First Aid certificate or equivalent
* Understand the National Quality Framework & National Education & Care Services Regulations 2012
* Have previous experience in children services, developing and implementing programs for 0‐to‐5‐yr olds
* Can obtain a National Police Certificate and Working with Children card
