Known for quality workmanship and exceptional customer service, we continue to grow and are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Administration Officer to join our head office team in Gnangara.
Role Overview
The Administration Officer is a key support role responsible for the smooth running of office systems, financial administration, and team coordination. Working closely with the Operations Manager, you will take ownership of day-to-day office tasks while contributing to broader business operations across the branches.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage incoming calls, emails, and general correspondence
* Develop and maintain work schedules in a dynamic environment
* Coordinate freight movements, both locally and to regional locations
* Record keeping and data entry as required
* EFTPOS balancing and accounts administration using MYOB
* Opportunities to contribute to business development and systems improvement
* General ad hoc duties as required
About You
* Proven experience in a similar administration role
* Proficient in MYOB or similar accounting software
* Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
* Confident communicator — both written and verbal
* Able to work independently and manage competing priorities
* Experience in the automotive, trade, or service industry is advantageous but not essential
