FRONT OF HOUSE CASUALS – THE KITCHEN AT BEC HARDY
Bec Hardy Wines (BHW) is a fast-growing, family-owned wine business based in McLaren Vale, South Australia.
We're looking for Front of House casual team members to join our friendly, professional team and help deliver an unforgettable experience for our guests.

Skills and experience:
* Outstanding customer service, time management, and communication skills
* A passion for food, wine, and warm hospitality
* Previous front of house or hospitality experience is essential
Key responsibilities:
* Providing exceptional service and a seamless guest experience in our restaurant and wine tasting spaces
* Sharing the Bec Hardy story with enthusiasm
* Opening/closing duties and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment
* Handling transactions and assisting with daily reconciliations
* Adhering to Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and Liquor Licence regulations
The ideal candidate will have:
* A positive, proactive attitude
* Interest in food and wine, with a desire to learn more
* A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
* Right to work in Australia
Availability and hours:
* Must be available on weekends
* Multiple days available per week (up to 3-4 days during busy periods)
* Occasional evening events (Friday & Saturday)
* Being flexible at times to fill shifts during busier periods is preferred
