About The Role
We are looking for an organised
Part Time Administration Assistant
to play a key role in supporting our retail and warehouse functions across Western Australia and South Australia. In this varied role, you will be involved in administrative tasks predominantly related to retail, while also supporting logistics, warehousing, personnel and facilities functions.

Based at our
Angle Park office
and reporting to the Administration Supervisor, this is a
part-time role (19hrs/week)
. This is a great opportunity to build your administrative skills while making a meaningful impact in a purpose-driven organisation.

You Will Successfully

* Provide administrative support across retail and warehouse operations.
* Maintain accurate filing systems, records, and communications.
* Support retail and operational teams in preparing documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
* Support Managers with casual workforce supply, recruitment, and Workday tasks.
* Coordinate stock ordering, site repairs, and maintenance requests.
* Manage purchasing processes in line with TSA policies and approval requirements.
* Assist with Occupational Health & Safety compliance, including incident reporting.
* Undertake additional tasks as directed by the Line Manager.

You Will Have

* Demonstrated experience in a similar administrative role, where customer service is a strong focus.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities at the same time.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
