An exceptional opportunity exists for a highly experienced and commercially astute Executive Assistant to provide dedicated, high-trust support to the ANZ CEO of a globally listed multinational organisation with operations spanning multiple continents.
Role Overview
Reporting directly to the ANZ CEO, you will serve as a trusted extension, ensuring the seamless orchestration of their executive office and enabling them to operate at their highest strategic level across geographies, investor relations and global stakeholder commitments.
This is a role of genuine strategic significance, demanding an exceptional professional who operates with the highest levels of discretion, commercial acumen and cultural intelligence. You will have a proven track record supporting either a CEO or equivalent C‐Suite at a listed, multinational or complex multi-stakeholder organisation.
Key Responsibilities
* Strategic diary management for a globally mobile ANZ CEO, coordinating across multiple international time zones, investor calendars and Board schedules
* End-to-end coordination of complex international travel programs, including multi-leg itineraries, visa requirements, security protocols, corporate jet logistics and full contingency planning
* Managing the CEO's correspondence and communications with investors, government stakeholders, Board directors and global partners, maintaining absolute professionalism and discretion at all times
* Preparing Board papers, investor presentations, executive briefings and speech notes to a standard commensurate with a listed company environment
* Anticipating needs, managing competing demands and protecting the CEO's time with sound commercial judgement and unwavering composure
* Leading special projects and strategic initiatives at the direction of the CEO, including M&A support, integration coordination and internal communications
About You
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
* Minimum 8‐10 years' experience supporting a CEO, Managing Director or equivalent C‐Suite within a listed, multinational or highly complex organisation
* Sophisticated diary management capability, adept at navigating Board, investor and ELT schedules across competing global priorities
* Extensive experience managing complex international travel programs for a globally mobile executive, including multi-leg itineraries and security-conscious logistics
* Outstanding organisational and time management capabilities
* High emotional intelligence, sharp commercial awareness and the instinct to anticipate the needs of a principal operating at the highest levels of business and public life
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* High levels of professionalism, confidentiality and discretion
* Advanced proficiency across Microsoft Office 365, board portal platforms and digital collaboration tools; comfort operating within listed company governance environments
* The maturity and resilience to remain composed, decisive and solutions-focused in a high‐visibility, fast‐moving, global environment
