Role and expectations
Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer and as a key member of the executive team, the Executive General Manager, Aged Care Services, will shape and drive the strategic, operational and transformative direction of AnglicareSA's aged care portfolio consistent with their 2030 vision of "transforming lives, evolving services". This senior leadership role has broad responsibility for the full spectrum of aged care services, including residential, community and health and wellbeing programs. You will lead Anglicare SA's bold response to sector reform and disruption ensuring quality care services and service innovation to deliver quality care and sustainable growth. A key focus will include building and maintaining strategic partnerships, championing customer-focused care and ensure compliance with legislative, regulatory and accreditation standards, while fostering a positive, collaborative culture across multidisciplinary teams.
You will be an accomplished senior executive with proven leadership experience in aged care and community services, with a deep understanding of the sector, funding models and aged care reform. You will combine strategic vision with operational excellence, commercial and financial acumen and the demonstrated success in growing services in complex environments. A collaborative and inspiring leader, you will champion high-performance, nurture talent and cultivate a culture of innovation, compassion and accountability. Experience in clinical practice leadership, accreditation frameworks, risk management and workforce development will enable you to drive sustainable outcomes and service excellence.
