Working alongside a highly experienced Director, this role will see you involved in all aspects of the sales process while receiving ongoing support and mentorship.

The Role
Your responsibilities will include:
* Warm and cold prospecting calls
* Conducting market appraisals
* Open home follow‐up calls
* Preparing open home packs
* Coordinating pre‐sale administration
* Assisting with photoshoots and campaign preparation
* Managing agency agreements and live listings
* Handling email enquiries
* Supporting post‐sale and settlement processes
The Ideal Candidate
To be considered for this opportunity, you will have:
* Previous experience within real estate sales
* A current Certificate of Registration (COR)
* A reliable car and current driver's licence
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* A professional and motivated attitude
* Availability to work Saturdays
