Are you an organised, friendly professional with finance/administration experience, looking for a role in a agile real estate environment? We’re looking for a reliable receptionist to join our team and be the first point of contact for our clients—both in person and over the phone—while supporting our team behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet clients and visitors in a warm, qualified manner
Answer and direct phone calls and email enquiries
Trust account and banking
Assist with general administrative tasks, data entry, and filing
Help prepare property listings, documents, and correspondence
Maintain a clean and organised front office area
Support agents and property management with day-to-day office duties
Requirements:
Previous experience in reception or admin preferred (real estate a bonus!)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and stay organised under pressure
Friendly, qualified, and proactive attitude
Hours:
Full time hours with some flexibility
