Wirra Wirra is one of Australia's leading fine wine producers, with a portfolio spanning Wirra Wirra in McLaren Vale, Ashton Hills in the Adelaide Hills and Hahndorf Hill in the Adelaide Hills. Our wines are sold across key international markets through a network of importer and distributor partners, with growing focus on premium positioning, market development and long‐term brand building.
We are seeking an Export Coordinator to support the day to day coordination and execution of our international business.
This is a commercially connected role that sits across importer engagement, export coordination, trade marketing support, sales enablement and market execution across global markets.
You will work closely with importer partners, the CEO, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and Production teams to ensure export markets are informed, engaged, commercially aligned and effectively supported.
The role suits someone who thrives in fast moving environments, enjoys balancing multiple priorities and takes pride in keeping complex moving parts organised and progressing.
The Role
Key responsibilities include:
* Coordinating day to day communication and engagement with importer and distributor partners across international markets
* Maintaining visibility of distributor inventory, depletions, shipment activity and order cycles
* Supporting forecasting, allocation planning and commercial coordination across export markets
* Coordinating pricing submissions, tender activity and market opportunities
* Maintaining CRM records, commercial reporting and export market coordination
* Coordinating trade marketing activity, promotions, tastings and market activations with importer partners
* Working closely with Marketing and Sales teams to support execution of campaigns and sales enablement tools
* Supporting international trade fairs, distributor visits, market development initiatives and CEO travel coordination
* Coordinating export administration, customer communication and market support requirements
* Working closely with Supply Chain and the Product Coordinator to support smooth operational execution across export markets
About You
You are highly organised, commercially aware and proactive, with strong follow through and attention to detail.
You are comfortable managing multiple projects, stakeholders and deadlines across different markets and time zones, while maintaining clear communication and strong relationships.
You enjoy being the person who keeps things moving, follows through on commitments and helps turn opportunities into action.
Ideal Experience
* Experience in export coordination, international sales support, trade marketing or commercial operations within wine, beverage or FMCG
* Strong organisational and project coordination capability
* Strong commercial awareness and customer focus
* Excellent communication and relationship management skills
* Experience managing commercial information, reporting and CRM systems
* Confidence coordinating across multiple internal and external stakeholders
* A proactive, adaptable and solutions focused approach
* Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under pressure
