Job Description
As a Centre Leader, you will be responsible for the leadership and management of two Oncology Clinics. You will oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with clinical governance, safety, and quality standards.
The key focus of this position is to facilitate the delivery of high-quality patient-centered services through managing Centre operations and leading multidisciplinary teams.
You will provide strategic and operational leadership to ensure safe, high-quality, and efficient patient care. This includes leading change initiatives to drive culture, quality, efficiency, and access.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage centre budgets and resources efficiently to achieve optimal utilization.
* Work collaboratively with clinicians to optimize patient pathways and treatment experiences.
* Drive a dynamic and innovative culture within the team where individuals inspire each other to continuously deliver exceptional outcomes and care for patients.
* Positively influence a culture of continuous improvement by partnering with key stakeholders and building effective relationships across the business.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Demonstrated acumen in people and process change management and implementing process improvements.
* Proven ability to manage cross-functional multi-disciplinary teams.
* Previous leadership experience in oncology or healthcare.
* Understanding of clinical governance, quality improvement, and risk management frameworks.
* Ability to prioritize and time manage in a demanding environment and consistently role model our vision and values.
* Demonstrated knowledge and application of Health Care standards, and relevant legislation.
