You'll work closely with a leading local agent specialising in apartment sales, supporting day‐to‐day buyer management, prospecting, open homes, and campaign activity. This role offers intensive training and real exposure to the sales process, with the goal of developing you into a high‐performing Co‐Agent over time. Key Responsibilities
* Prospecting and database growth
* Buyer enquiry management and follow‐up calls
* Supporting the lead agent with day‐to‐day sales activity
* Attending and assisting at open homes
* Assisting with apartment sales campaigns
* Learning buyer management and negotiation processes
* Building strong local market knowledge
* Supporting the team across sales administration and client service
About You
* Previous real estate experience preferred
* Outstanding attitude and willingness to learn highly valued
* Strong communication and confidence speaking with buyers
* Resilient, driven, and able to handle a fast‐paced environment
* Professional presentation and positive energy
