Senior Manager – Operation Excellence, Leadership & Culture (dss+)

This role leads large, high‐impact engagements focused on operational risk, safety, and human performance. You will design and deliver solutions that transform how organisations lead, think, and perform, while driving business development and growth for the firm.

Responsibilities

* Lead major client engagements, working closely with senior client stakeholders to shape direction and deliver meaningful outcomes.
* Deliver outstanding client experience, consistently producing high‐quality work that leads to repeat business, and maintain relationships aligned with the account team to deepen and expand engagements.
* Grow accounts, win new work and help position the firm's capabilities in leadership, culture, and human performance.
* Contribute to thought leadership and offerings, help shape and evolve the firm's approach to leadership, culture, and human performance.
* Develop people and build capability, helping others build consulting, leadership, and client‐engagement skills.
* Project‐manage large, complex, multi‐year projects to deliver client impact, while managing a team, project quality and profitability.
* Participate and contribute to internal and external functional and/or industry networks to develop new business with global Marketing and Industry teams.
* Meet client‐delivery charge‐ability and business‐development targets.

Qualifications

* Graduate from a top‐tier university with a degree in a business‐related major (management or finance) or engineering. Post‐graduate qualification is beneficial.
* Relevant post‐graduate degree in field of expertise (e.g., innovation, risk management, etc.) preferred.
* Minimum of 10 years' consulting experience in operational improvement (OpEx, transformation, or performance improvement) or safety and risk.
* Proven ability to lead large, complex projects and manage senior stakeholders in Mining & Metals, Infrastructure, Energy, and Utilities.
* Interest in expanding into leadership, culture, and human performance.
* Experience contributing to business development, proposals, or account growth.
* Passion for developing people and building high‐performing teams.
* Excellent analytical and problem‐solving skills with the ability to navigate complex projects and stakeholder interactions.
* Exceptional interpersonal skills and a team‐working attitude, with a passion for building high‐performing teams.
* High level of proficiency with PowerPoint, Visio, Word, Advanced Excel, Access, and ideally visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
