Job Opportunity
Manage customer relationships within the Plasterboard industry across the NSW Metro Region to ensure segment sales and profitability meet targets and customer satisfaction levels are maintained.
You will undertake sales activities to achieve and exceed budgeted targets, take corrective action as required, and maintain strong multilevel relationships with targeted customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure business transactions are conducted in a legal and professional manner with strong ethical, safety, and compliance standards.
* Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve budgeted targets while exceeding customer expectations.
* Contribute to the development of segment and customer strategy and plans to protect current business and win new business.
* Provide outstanding customer service to ensure a supplier of choice position.
* Maintain and report knowledge of market trends, competitor activities, and competitor product development.
* Report sales activities via reports and CRM systems.
