Your tasks will include
- Oversee delivery of medium-density residential projects from inception to completion.
- Manage planning, procurement, programming, quality, safety, contract negotiation and administration.
- Lead and coach an Assistant Project Manager and collaborate with Development Managers.
- Drive quality and safety outcomes across our medium-density projects.
- Build strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Residential construction experience – built form, townhouses, and/or apartments (highly regarded).
- Strong communication skills to engage with customers and stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven contractor management and negotiation expertise.
- Ability to mentor and develop team members.
- Knowledge of Perth’s building industry and builder networks (advantageous but not essential).
