Care Manager Role
As a Care Manager, you will be responsible for the coordination and delivery of high-standard, safe, and person-centered care to our residents in Northern Territory.
* Lead a team of Registered and Enrolled nurses, providing leadership and mentoring to ensure that care is delivered with compassion and expertise.
* Manage residential facilities, including ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and policy.
* Ensure that care is tailored to meet the individual needs of each resident.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff to deliver high-quality care.
* Develop and implement policies and procedures that support person-centered care.
* Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure transparency and accountability.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver seamless care to residents.
