In this position, you will provide risk insight and analysis while helping to stabilise existing processes and drive improvements toward a more automated, data‐driven operating model.Some of the key deliverables and responsibilities of this role are:Stabilise and improve Power & Gas EoD Market Risk and P&L reportingIdentify and resolve data issues, reporting gaps, and P&L attribution errorsReview and streamline manual adjustments with proper controls and governanceCollaborate with Market Risk, Front Office, Operations, and IT teamsSupport migration of processes into a Databricks‐based data platformHelp build scalable data models, analytics, and automated reporting dashboardsDrive process improvements toward automated, controlled, and insight‐led reportingProvide risk insights and support the shift to advisory and continuous improvementWhat we need from youTo be considered for this role you will have:Strong Market Risk experience in Power and/or Gas marketsSolid understanding of EoD risk, positions, and P&L explainAbility to work effectively with incomplete data and evolving processesExperience partnering with IT on data remediation and platform deliveryExposure to Databricks, analytics tools, or large-scale data environmentsAbility to translate complex data into clear, actionable Market Risk insightsStrong stakeholder engagement and influencing skillsInterest in shifting from operational execution to advisory, oversight, and value‐driven risk managementApplication period will run until June 4, 2026-ThursdayAfter you submit your application, you will receive an email providing a link to an online assessment that is a mandatory part of the process and has a validity period.
