to lead our Sales & Marketing department. This role is based in Brisbane.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue and occupancy targets.
Oversee the sales and marketing team, providing guidance, coaching and leadership to drive high performance.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, travel agents and industry partners.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
Manage the hotel's PR efforts, CSR strategy, digital and social media presence, ensuring effective online marketing and brand visibility.
Collaborate with the hotel management team to align sales and marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
Develop and monitor marketing budgets, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
Stay up‑to‑date with industry best practices and implement innovative sales and marketing tactics.
Qualifications
Extensive experience in Sales & Marketing within the hospitality industry.
Proven track record of successfully leading sales and marketing teams to achieve ambitious revenue and growth targets.
Strong understanding of the competitive landscape and ability to develop strategic, data‑driven marketing plans.
Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Proficient in digital marketing, social media and web‑based analytics tools.
Highly organized, able to prioritize multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
Motivated and solutions‑oriented self‑starter with adaptable teamwork style.
