We are an international recruitment consultancy with an established footprint in automotive recruitment across Australia, and we are now entering an exciting new phase of growth as we expand into the healthcare sector.
Our focus will be on allied health, nursing, and support worker recruitment across Australia, and we're looking for an experienced recruiter to join us at this pivotal stage.
While our local Australian presence is currently lean, we are backed by a strong global support team of 100+ professionals across sourcing, operations, and pre‐sales functions.
This is a unique opportunity to help build and shape a growing healthcare recruitment division with strong backend support and genuine long‐term growth potential.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Sourcing healthcare professionals across Australia and international markets including NZ, UK, Ireland, US, Canada & South Africa
* Working extensively with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms
* Building and managing your own candidate pipelines and referral networks
* Engaging with candidates through calls, emails, and relationship‐building activities
* Collaborating with internal teams to manage candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle
* Supporting the growth of a specialist healthcare recruitment function in Australia
What We're Looking For:
* Previous recruitment experience, ideally within healthcare or allied health recruitment
* Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
* Confidence using LinkedIn Recruiter and modern sourcing tools
* Self‐driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a high‐ownership environment
* Excellent communication and relationship‐building abilities
Competitive base salary + commission structure (aligned with experience and expectations)
